Dear Students,
Thank you for choosing İSTANBUL NİŞANTAŞI UNIVERSITY as your Erasmus destination. We will be more than happy to host you at our institution.
Requirements:
Official nomination must be sent to erasmus@nisantasi.edu.tr by your home university.
- Application form (must be filled out and sent to our Erasmus+ Office through the email erasmus@nisantasi.edu.tr)
- Passport scan and your Picture in ID format (must be sent to erasmus@nisantasi.edu.tr)
- Valid Health Insurance
- Learning Agreement (filled and signed by the home university)
Footnote: We are using OLA system, if your university uses OLA as well, you can fill it out instead of on paper.
Deadline for nomination:
- Fall/Winter Semester: 15 August
- Spring/Summer Semester: 15 November
Deadline for application:
- Fall/Winter Semester: 15 October
- Spring/Summer Semester: 15 December
After receiving your application documents, we will issue you an official acceptance letter that will enable you to apply for a student visa from the nearest Turkish Consulate in your home country (if necessary).

If you are coming for the fall/winter semester please choose your courses from 1-3-5-7th semesters.
If you are coming fort he spring/summer semester please choose your courses from 2-4-6th semesters.

Residence Permit:
Foreign students are required to apply for a residence permit in Türkiye. We will be collecting your documents and appliying for it on behalf of you.
